Toddler's face-swap with Thomas the Tank Engine both 'creepy' and 'cute'

March 14 (UPI) -- A video of a Taiwan toddler's face-swap with Thomas the Tank Engine is going viral, but the Internet can't agree on whether it's adorable or terrifying.

Irene Chou posted a video to Instagram showing the toddler -- wearing an enthusiastic "Yes!" T-shirt -- riding around on a Thomas the Tank Engine toy.

The filmer uses face-swap to exchange the faces on the boy and the toy train, resulting in what commenters variously described as "cute" and "creepy."

Chou, a tattoo artist, was so inspired by the video that a follow-up post featured a drawing she created of the boy and toy wearing one another's smiling expressions.
