Squad goals: Spring Break granny does 'shots with the girls'

March 14 (UPI) -- A Colorado grandma is being hailed as the hero of spring break after posting a picture of herself doing "shots with the girls" in Mexico.

Doreen Grett came to the Internet's attention when her granddaughter, Payton Grett, tweeted a screenshot of her grandma's Facebook page showing the elderly woman doing shots with three bathing suit-clad strangers on a beach in Mexico.

"Shots with the girls," Doreen Grett captioned the photo.

"My grandma is in Mexico taking shots with random girls on the beach and posting pics of it with captions like they're bff's.." Payton Grett tweeted.

One of the members of Doreen's new squad, Anna Amsberry, responded to the tweet with a video of the senior citizen downing booze with the ladies.

"That's a good shot," Doreen says in the video.

"We love your grandma so much omfg," Amsberry tweeted. "I'm so glad we met her she was so sweet and told us all about you and your brother."
