March 10 (UPI) -- A rattlesnake enthusiast in Pennsylvania shared video of deadly serpents enjoying a relaxing nap inside an electrical transformer box.

The video shows a man opening a transformer box in north-central Pennsylvania to reveal the sight -- and sound -- of "more than four" rattlers having a snooze.

The filmer said the snakes were not removed from the box, as they leave on their own when the weather turns cold.

He said the snakes are frequent visitors to the box.

The snakes appear far luckier than a pair of serpents North Carolina utility workers found inside an electrical box at a home slated for demolition. The snakes were found to have been electrocuted while one of the reptiles was in the process of eating the other.
