The project nearly doubled its goal of $75,000 by gathering $141,449 from 930 backers with a month remaining in the campaign.
The company offered backers a variety of perks ranging from free nights at the hotel to tours and tastings.
BrewDog said the hotel will feature deluxe beer-infused breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with beers matched to every course.
The DogHouse is expected to open its doors to the public before the end of September 2018.
