Feb. 14 (UPI) -- A zoo in Atlanta made good on a Super Bowl bet with a New England area zoo by naming a baby cockroach Tom Brady.

Zoo Atlanta named the baby cockroach after the New England Patriots quarterback to fulfill a debt to Roger Williams Park Zoo and Carousel Village in Rhode Island after their hometown Atlanta Falcons were defeated by Brady in Super Bowl LI.

"Before the game, our two zoos decided the losing side would name one of their baby animals after the winning team's star quarterback, and figuring the losing side would be pretty bitter about it, we came to the agreement that baby animal...would be a Madagascar hissing cockroach," the zoo said in a Facebook post.

The zoo introduced the family of nine cockroaches each named after members of The Brady Bunch.

After introducing the other members of the family the zookeeper revealed Tom "our littlest baby of them all," who measured about half the size of her thumbnail.
