"This pup is in a tight spot! Engine 27 responded to an elderly citizen's home to find the owner's dog, Harley, wedged in a security gate," the fire department said.

Harley remained calm as firefighters knelt down and carefully pulled him out of the tight spot.

"With a little teamwork and ingenuity they were able to free Harley and reunite him with his grateful owner," the rescuers said.

The rescue was met with applause, as Harley wagged his tail in thanks.
