Feb. 6 (UPI) -- A wildlife rescue center in New York state shared video of a keeper playing with a friendly 1,400-pound Kodiak bear.

The Orphaned Wildlife Center in Otisville posted a video to Facebook showing Jim, one of the center's operators, cuddling and roughhousing with a 10-foot-tall Kodiak bear named Jimbo.

Jimbo wrestles the man and licks his face, but appears to be taking care not to injure his human friend.

The center said Jim has helped raise Jimbo since he was rescued as an injured cub.

"You can definitely see how much affection the bear has for Jim," the Facebook post said.
