Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Three deer crashed their way into a New Brunswick gas station and ransacked the store before being shooed out by a clerk.

Bertrand Beaulieu posted a video to Facebook showing the three deer running out of the Canadian Tire gas station Monday in Grand Falls while an employee held the door open for them.

Beaulieu posted a second video showing the damage the deer trio left in their wake.

The man said he was walking through the city's downtown when the deer passed him on their way to the shop.

"I was right in the middle of downtown, and you don't see wildlife right in the middle of downtown," Beaulieu told Global News.

"I think they were looking for coffee," he joked.

Surveillance footage from inside the store shows the deer tripping over multiple items, including each other, before bolting back out the door at the urging of the store clerk.

Beaulieu said the deer ran off in the direction they originally came from.

"I think it's a once in a lifetime event and that I won't see that again in my lifetime," he said.
