Escaped mini horses lead Indianapolis police on low-speed chase

Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Indianapolis police were filmed struggling to corral a pair of miniature horses believed to have escaped from an enclosure near the State Fairgrounds.

Members of the public captured video Saturday morning of police cars chasing the two small horses down Binford Boulevard.

Another video shows the horses being chased through a parking lot by a police officer in foot.

Police said the horses were eventually captured and taken into custody by Animal Care and Control.

It was unclear Monday whether the horses had been returned to their owner.
