Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Emergency responders in Florida popped open a storm drain and climbed in to rescue a family of ducks that had fallen through a grate.
Orange County Fire Rescue posted photos to Twitter on Tuesday showing an emergency responder standing inside the open storm drain to lift the ducks to safety.

The family included ducklings and adult birds, officials said.
"CUTE ALERT! Today these ducks & ducklings were rescued from a storm drain by our crews at 31/A! Great job to the crew & caller! #SavingLives" the department tweeted.
