SANTA ROSA, Calif., Dec. 19 (UPI) -- A California man found a way to make the most of recent flooding by going wakeboarding behind a pickup truck.

A video posted to Facebook by Tanner McDonald shows him being towed behind the pickup truck on a road near Santa Rosa Airport in Sonoma County.

The video shows McDonald show off his skills by weaving back and forth on the flooded road and attempting to stay upright using only one hand.

McDonald's friends said in Facebook comments that the on-road wakeboarding is an ongoing tradition McDonald observes when the area floods.
