"I was on my way to go out of work and I ran into this little naughty boy," the filmer wrote. "First he started running after me and I thought something interesting coming up and hit the record button."
The man watches in amazement as the tortoise mounts his shoe and lets out a series of squeaky calls.
"It was the first time I saw a turtle in this manner and I saw a lot," the filmer wrote.
