DALLAS, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- The Dallas Police Department said its Dallas Air One helicopter captured a photo of a suspicious character -- a 10-foot alligator.

The official Dallas Air One Twitter account tweeted a photo Wednesday of the large reptile hanging out on the shore of the Trinity River, near the city dump.

Police said they were impressed at the gator's lack of fear when the helicopter approached for the photo.

"Trinity River never fails to impress. This roughly 10 footer has no fear of Air 1 hovering overhead," the tweet said.
