PHOENIX, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- A driver in Arizona stopped at the drive-thru of a fast food restaurant during a low-speed police chase on Wednesday night.
Phoenix police pursued a suspect as he stopped at an In-N-Out Burger location and appeared to order food, according to KSAZ.
The driver, Josh Adkins, had an outstanding warrant and did not stop for officers as they pursued his white pick-up truck beginning at 10:30 p.m., police told KPNX.
Adkins pulled through the drive-thru and spent several minutes ordering before driving out and exiting the parking lot without being stopped by police.
He then drove to a nearby neighborhood and walked into the backyard where he surrendered to officers.
