WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- A panda cub at the Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington showed he still has a lot to learn when he took a tumble while climbing a log.

Bei Bei, a panda cub born in late 2015, was filmed earlier this year attempting to climb a log and making up a short distance before falling behind a rock wall.

Bei Bei is not believed to have been hurt in the fall.

The incident wasn't Bei Bei's first embarrassing failure while climbing -- he was caught on camera in February scaling a small tree and needing assistance from his mother, Mei Xiang, to get back down.
