COLCHESTER, England, Sept. 12 (UPI) -- A visitor to England's Colchester Zoo captured video of a sensitive orangutan attempting to stroke a pregnant woman's belly through a glass wall.

Kieran Bettany posted a video YouTube showing his wife, Kayley, standing with her pregnant belly next to the glass of the orangutan enclosure.

The orangutan inside appears to attempt to lovingly caress Kayley's belly through the glass.

"This was a wonderful experience however upsetting at the same time. He even had a tear run down his face," Bettany wrote.

Bettany's video was filmed in January, but went viral during the weekend.

The orangutan in the video was likely Rajang, a primate who previously rose to viral fame last year when he attempted to kiss a pregnant woman's belly through the glass of his enclosure.
