Massachusetts woman seeks couple in beachside engagement photo

DENNIS , Mass., Sept. 8 (UPI) -- A woman in Massachusetts took to social media to seek out a couple after she photographed their engagement at a local beach.

Melissa Benson shared the engagement photos taken by her mother in an attempt to find the newly engaged couple.

"Anyone know a couple that got engaged on Chapin Beach yesterday at sunset? My mom took these photos of the proposal," she wrote.

The man can be seen bent on one knee while the woman stood along the shoreline in front of a setting sun.

Benson's mother told CBS Boston she didn't approach the couple and interrupt their moment, but she hoped to find them to deliver them the photos.
