COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 7 (UPI) -- A student at Ohio State University earned perfect scores for all of his classmates on their first quiz by tossing a paper ball across the lecture hall into a trash can.

Rachel Brown shared video to Twitter of the student named Vinny as he managed to successfully lob the paper ball down from an upper level of the auditorium into a trash receptacle.

"[Shoutout] to Benny for making this shot and getting the entire lecture an automatic 100 on our first ochem quiz," she wrote.

The class erupted with applause as Vinny's shot sailed across the classroom and landed squarely in the garbage can.

Brown said she misheard the student's name and accidentally identified him as "Benny" but thanked him for being "the real MVP."
