CHARLESTON, W.Va., Aug. 29 (UPI) -- A black bear with a taste for chicken was filmed taking a morning run through the parking lots of a Chik-fil-A and Buffalo Wild Wings in West Virginia.

Sheila Jett posted a video to Facebook showing the apparently young back bear running across the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot in Charleston early Thursday after fleeing the Chik-fil-A lot.

"It's a wild world out there!" Jett posted.

Andrew Turley, night manager of the Chik-fil-A at the Southridge Center shopping block, said his staff were shocked to spot the bear, which he said is the first to be seen approaching the eatery.

"Our employees just happened to look over out the window and the bear was just chilling in the parking lot," Turley told the Charleston Gazette-Mail.

Turley said the bear was not successful in getting any chicken from the restaurant's dumpster.

The bear was last seen fleeing toward a nearby Walmart parking lot.
