OCEAN CITY, Md., Aug. 15 (UPI) -- A fisherman who reeled in a shark in Maryland got into the water to help the exhausted predator swim back out to sea.
The video shows the fisherman get into the water at an Ocean City beach after reeling in a shark July 15.
The shark appears to still be alive but doesn't struggle or fight the man as he lifts it up and carries it out to deeper waters.
"After catching this shark off the beach, I had to get in the water to take the hook out and make sure the shark would swim off OK," the uploader wrote. "The shark was caught on rod and reel and was worn out."
