ROGUE RIVER , Ore., Aug. 11 (UPI) -- A man in Oregon discovered a portable toilet filled with marijuana plants while walking his dog on Wednesday morning.

Rouge River police department shared photos of the several large marijuana plants which were found in a port-a-potty near tennis courts at Anna Classick Park around 9 a.m.

"Maybe somebody stashed it. Maybe they were transporting it somewhere illegally and maybe they stashed it or for somebody to pick up," Police Chief Ken Lewis told KOBI.

Photos show the pants being taken from the toilet and loaded onto a pick up truck before being held for evidence.

Lewis said he could determine the stash was placed in the toilet between 6 a.m and 9 a.m. Police has not yet had the chance to weigh the plants.
