Seagull claims boater's head as perch in Norway

ARVIKSAND, Norway, July 22 (UPI) -- A man talking with friends in a boat off the coast of Norway ended up making friends with a seagull that insisted on perching atop his head.

The video, filmed on a boat off the coast of Arviksand in June, shows the bird standing on the amused man's head as he talks to his friend filming the scene.

"Tell us something meaningful now, what's your comment?" the filmer asks.

The man with a seagull on his head replies: "All you need is love."

The seagull remains on the man's head for more than three minutes and resists the man's attempts to shake it away.
