TORONTO, July 20 (UPI) -- A highway in Canada was closed for several hours after police say a truck rollover left it covered in mayonnaise and salad dressing.

Ontario Provincial Police Sgt. Kerry Schmidt shared photos and videos of the spill, which left pools of white and neon green goop across the highway.

"A 52 year old man from Brampton has been charged with clogging the ramp (Careless driving) after rolling his truck," Schmidt wrote on Twitter.

According to The Toronto Star, the cleanup process took about 12 hours due to the thickness and slipperiness of the combination of dressing and mayonnaise.

Toronto Fire said that the driver of the truck was traveling at a high speed when the vehicle turned over and Global News reported the driver was uninjured but was sent to a local hospital as a precaution.
