Firefighters remove 7-foot python from bathroom

FANGCHENGGANG, China, June 23 (UPI) -- Firefighters in China responded to a report of a snake sighting at a home and removed a 7-foot python from the bathroom.

Video of the capture June 15 in Fangchenggang, a city in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, shows the firefighters using poles and other tools to capture the snake from a distance.

The firefighters loaded the python into a garbage bag.

They said the snake measured about 7 feet long and weighed about 28 pounds.
