Cute coati sneaks onto train to finish abandoned ice cream

IGUAZU NATIONAL PARK, Argentina, June 16 (UPI) -- A passenger on an Argentina train captured footage of a "sneaky coati" running onto the train to finish off an abandoned bowl of ice cream.

The video, posted to YouTube by user nademedeiros, shows the coati, a member of the raccoon family, dashing onto the train to finish the ice cream remaining in a paper bowl left on the floor of the vehicle by a passenger.

The animal, apparently aware of the train's routine, dashes back to the platform when the departure bell rings.

"Coatis are adorable animals, but they are also thieves!" the uploader wrote. "They are very opportunist and also try to get some human food. This one found an ice cream someone left on the train, and he will do his very best to eat all he can before the train leaves!"
