A woman's voice prompts the boy, Sammy, to smile for the camera, but the toddler seems more interested in something behind him.
Sammy's distraction soon comes into frame -- a French bulldog named Pam taking a cruise in an electric toy car and blasting some chill tunes.
The woman shouts for Pam, who is decked out in sunglasses, a T-shirt and a headscarf, to "move," and the dog drives forward out of frame while the boy watches in stunned fascination.
