A car with dozens of what appear to be helium-filled balloons affixed passes Rorke on the left side and immediately starts hemorrhaging balloons.
The balloons seem to mostly fly upward, so they don't pose a danger to other drivers.
Rorke passes the balloon car one last time, showing a vastly reduced balloon count that appears to be less than 10.
The uploader branded the scene "awesome."
