Baby moose performs 'baseball slide' through Alaska couple's sprinkler

ANCHORAGE, Alaska, June 10 (UPI) -- An Alaska couple who spotted a mother moose and her calf in their yard turned on their sprinkler and recorded the baby frolicking in the water.

Cory and Kristen Williams posted a video to their YouTube channel showing Cory sneaking outside to turn on the sprinkler in the couple's Anchorage yard after the mother moose and her baby were seen near the home.

The moose duo walk into the yard and the baby seems instantly fascinated with the sprinkler, going up to take a drink before the water turns to spray it.

The calf retreats before charging at the sprinkler and performing a "baseball slide" through the water streams.

The baby moose runs and slides through the sprinkler for several minutes.

"This is one of the funniest and cutest things I've ever seen! I think I'll call him Skids," the video's description reads.
