Club Deportivo Palencia Balompié shared photos of its players donning the "inside-out" uniforms which were designed to look like the soft interior portion of human muscle. Italian Sportswear company Kappa designed the uniforms in preparation of the team's upcoming playoff run in which they will look to be promoted to a higher division. According to The Local, the skinless look was meant to be a visual representation of the phrase "give skin" which means to give one's all.
