GETTYSBURG, Pa., April 25 (UPI) -- A Pennsylvania man who bought Hillary Clinton's former car for $2,000 sold the 1986 Oldsmobile 16 years later for more than $60,000.
Mike Lawn, a former White House groundskeeper who purchased the Cutlass Ciera when the Clintons left the White House in 2000, said in the eBay posting that the car had been in his garage since he purchased it and his daughter decided she didn't want it for her first car.
The vehicle sold for $60,100 on eBay Friday night with 145 bids.
The four-door sedan includes a "Clinton for Governor" sticker on the back windshield and Arkansas license plates. The post said the car had just over 33,000 miles on the odometer when it was sold.
The sale also included the original title signed by the Democratic presidential hopeful and an owner's manual bearing Clinton's name and former address.
