EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., April 12 (UPI) -- A sausage delivery truck in Minnesota caused a traffic jam after it toppled over and spilled its cargo onto a local highway.
Eden Prairie police department shared a photo of the truck leaning up against a median as sausage began to spill from a large hole in the side of the trailer.
"Crash WB 494 at Prairie Center. Left lane closed in both directions. No injuries," they wrote.
Lt. Tiffani Nielson told KARE 11 that the crash occurred after the driver lost control of the video while experiencing a medical episode.
The driver was taken to the hospital as a precaution and road crews were able to remove the sausages from the roadway.
