Pants-pulling primate embodies the spirit of April Fools' Day

LUOYANG, China, April 1 (UPI) -- A monkey performing on a Chinese street earned the title of the official primate of April Fools' Day by pulling down a man's pants.

The video, filmed on a street in Luoyang, China, shows a man struggling with a trio of monkeys on leashes.

The man, who is standing on the leashes, is momentarily distracted by one of the monkeys pulling on his hair, giving another monkey the opening he needed to pants the man and expose his underwear.

It was unclear whether the man was the monkeys' owner or merely an unfortunate spectator who fell victim to the primate pranksters.
