SNOOK, Texas, March 30 (UPI) -- Texas Parks and Wildlife officials shared a photo of a massive catfish estimated to weigh at least 60 pounds in Lake Conroe.

The department said in a Facebook post the fish was caught during gill net sampling in the lake and measured an impressive 52 inches long.

The post said the fish was too heavy for the boat's on-board scale, but they estimated its weight at more than 60 pounds.

A photo of the fish was shared by Inland Fisheries College Station-Houston District-Texas Parks and Wildlife.
