Witnesses lift van to rescue trapped woman

ANHUI, China, March 23 (UPI) -- A woman was run over by a van on a Chinese street and it took witnesses less than a minute to lift the vehicle and pull her to safety.

Video of the Friday incident on a street in Anhui shows a traffic camera's perspective as the woman is struck by the van and ends up trapped underneath the vehicle.

Passersby rush to the side of the van and the driver gets out to help witnesses lift up one side of the van and pull the woman to safety.

The woman suffered only minor injuries from the incident.
