KRASNOYARSK, Russia, March 16 (UPI) -- A Russian motorist captured video footage of an unusual obstacle in the road -- a brown bear running in the left lane of a highway.
The video, filmed in Krasnoyarsk Krai, shows a surprised motorist driving behind a strange shape that is soon revealed as a brown bear sprinting in the next lane.
The bear appears to show some respect for the rules of the road and remains in its lane until the end of the video, when it leaps a guard rail and leaves the road.
"An unexpected meeting on a Russian road," the uploader wrote. "Russia has the largest number of brown bears, but this doesn't happen every day."
