SOMERSBY, Australia, March 14 (UPI) -- The head of the Australian Reptile Park shared video of a baby alligator hatching from its egg in a style reminiscent of "a scene from Jurassic Park."

Tim Faulkner, general manager of the Australian Reptile Park, posted a video to Facebook showing the alligator emerging from its egg and taking its first steps on slime-covered legs.
