EMMEN, Netherlands, March 1 (UPI) -- A visitor to a zoo in the Netherlands captured video of a polar bear in a strange predicament -- trapped with a crate wrapped around its body.
The video, filmed at the zoo in Emmen, shows the bear swimming around and going about its business while sporting an unusual fashion accessory, a red plastic box resembling a bottomless milk crate.
The crate appears to be tightly wrapped around the polar bear's middle, but does not appear to be causing pain to the animal or hindering its movements.
"The bear was stuck but the zoo workers visibly were used to it as they did not react," the filmer wrote online.
The uploader said the video was filmed in December and it was unclear how long the polar bear was stuck in the crate.
