The Morro Bay Police Department said workers at the Burger King received a call late Saturday from a prankster who claimed to be a fire department official warning them of a gas leak at the eatery. Video posted Facebook by witness Brian Jagger shows the employees breaking the windows and crashing a car through the front doors in the misguided quest for ventilation. The video has since been removed. Police said the investigation into the incident, which caused major damage to the business, is ongoing.
