North West Virginia Batman shovels snow to combat Mr. Freeze

ROWLESBURG, W.Va., Jan. 26 (UPI) -- A man dressed in a full Batman costume was filmed shoveling snow amidst the snowstorm affecting the east coast.

The video posted to Facebook shows the man, known as North West Virginia Batman, using a shovel to attempt to clear an area as snow continues to fall.

"Shoveling snow after Mr. Freeze attacked the batcave," the man wrote on Facebook.

North West Virginia Batman describes himself as a "Batman fan looking to start doing charity events and hospital visits."

He also shared a photo of himself posing next to the large pile of snow.

West Virginia and much of the east coast faced extreme weather conditions as a snowstorm caused travel bans and road closures throughout the region.
