Oceanic white tip shark goes nose-to-nose with diving instructor

MARSA ALAM, Egypt, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- A diving group in the Red Sea had a close encounter with an oceanic white tip shark that appeared to rub noses with the diving instructor.

The video shows the curious predator approach the diving group and shove its nose directly into the instructor's video camera.

A second angle of the encounter shows the shark come nose-to-nose with the diving instructor holding the camera.

The uploader, Fredrik Borjesson, joked on YouTube that the shark "kisses" the instructor in the footage.

Borjensson said the encounter took place at the Elphinstone Reef in November of last year.
