Mysterious balloon animals attached to London Underground train poles

LONDON, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- Passengers on a London Underground train were amused by an unusual group of fellow passengers -- balloon animals tied to the poles.

Video shows balloons twisted into dogs, giraffes and other animals attached to all of the poles on a Circle Line train.

The filmer was unable to find or identify the person -- or clown -- responsible, and reactions to the train's unusual decor ranged from amused glances to unimpressed indifference.

A similar prank saw balloon animals attached to poles in several trains in 2014. The culprit in that incident was never publicly identified.
