The motorcyclist approaches the driver's side of a car where a young woman is hanging her Halloween-socked feet out the backseat window.
The footage goes into slow motion to show Killgore reach out and touch the young woman's foot.
Killgore glimpses in the car's window as he passes the vehicle, showing the confused young woman laughing at the transpired events.
"Don't stick your feet out the car or else I'll grab 'em," Killgore wrote in the video's description.
