Bear cub struggles with hammock in Colorado back yard

COLORADO SPRINGS, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- A Colorado man captured video of a curious bear cub sharing the frustrations of hammock users worldwide by struggling to get into the suspended bed.

Jim Easton of Colorado Springs said he started recording last week when he noticed two bear cubs playing in his yard and one of the animals seemed curious about the hammock.

Easton said he was so amused by the plight of the cub struggling to get into the hammock that he had trouble holding his camera still.

"Then basically he jumped into the hammock to get into it," Easton told KXRM-TV.

He said the cub spent some time lounging in the hammock before rejoining its sibling and mother, who was watching from the trees nearby.
