Checkers worker wipes burger bun on floor in viral video

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 5 (UPI) -- A video going viral on social media appears to show a Checkers fast food worker wiping the floor with a bun then using the soiled bread to make a sandwich.

The video, shared on YouTube by Duane Moore, shows a woman wearing a Checkers uniform rubbing a bun on the floor behind the counter at an unidentified Checkers location and then using the bun to make a hamburger.

It was unclear where the video was shot and whether the hamburger was served to a customer.

Checkers has locations in 28 states and the District of Columbia.

The fast food chain has yet to comment on the video.
