SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 11 (UPI) -- Police in Arizona said they are trying to identify a suspect recorded by a security camera urinating into a furniture store's mail slot.

Scottsdale police said a security camera at the upscale Atelier store recorded the man walking with his unleashed dog just after midnight June 3 before pausing to relieve himself through the store's front door mail slot.

Police said the man's urine soaked a rug and pieces of mail inside the store.

Investigators said the case is being investigated as public urination.

A spokesman with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service said the man's actions do not appear to be felony destruction of mail and are unlikely to be investigated by the agency.
