Matt Skuta captured video of the storm, which passed over Oklahoma and nearby states Saturday, and slowed down the footage to show how the lightning passes across the sky. Advertisement The Saturday storm, which Skuta filmed over the city of Norman, was part of a severe weather system that also included tornadoes touching down in the state.
