Astronaut's video shows thunderstorms from space

WASHINGTON, March 30 (UPI) -- NASA astronaut Terry Virts shared video taken aboard the International Space Station showing African thunderstorms as seen from space.

Virts posted the Vine video to Twitter on Sunday, commenting there was an "amazing amount of power in these central African thunderstorms."
