Cyclists led by Ari Goldberger and Shadron Davis dug a 40-foot-long tunnel last week after a portion of the bike path, which runs between Boston and Medford, was blocked by snow plowed from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority parking lot at Wellington Station in Medford. "We decided to do something about it!" The group said it took 8-10 hours to dig the tunnel. Post by Ari Drachenbart Goldberger. The tunnel helped the cyclists avoid a dangerous intersection nearby, but someone ruined the fun by collapsing the tunnel Saturday night, so the cyclists gathered again Sunday to clear the snow from the path.
