Jim Moore, who listed the 25-acre property for $295,000, said a prospective buyer has made an offer close to the asking price and he expects to finalize the sale by the end of the month. The missile silo extends 10 stories underground and has fallen into disrepair, but Moore said the infrastructure remains solid. "You don't see one crack anywhere," he told The New York Times.
