Balmer set the bag on the ground and paid for his items while another deputy approached and was alerted to the bag by store employees, the sheriff's office said.

The bag was found to contain marijuana and methamphetamine.

A photo from Balmer's arrest reveals he was wearing a T-shirt reading, "Who needs drugs?" with smaller print underneath reading, "No, seriously, I have drugs."

Balmer was charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of marijuana not more than 20 grams.
